When you place your order with Outside the Lines we hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase, but in case you’re not, you are welcome to return them to us within 14 calendar days of reciept by following the below steps.
Complete the returns form included in your shipment and enclose it with the
items you wish to return.
Choose your own method of return delivery service, we recommend that you retain proof of sending. Returns are at your own cost.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the account originally used to purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred within 28 days.
Please note we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on accessories for hygiene reasons
The original shipping charge will not be refunded.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Once you have notified us of the issue, we will endeavour to replace your item subject to the colour and size of your item being in stock.
